April 25th, 2007 by adminPoetry may be any form, on any subject, but not longer than 40 lines. Entrants must be 18+ and residents of North or South Carolina. Prizes include $25 for first place. $15 for second, $10 for third. Deadline for entries is 31st October 2007.
